In New Zealand a split system air conditioner is usually called a heat pump, because the same unit heats the room in winter and cools it in summer. This section has every air conditioner we sell: wall mounted heat pumps for one room, multi split and ducted systems for several rooms or the whole house, ceiling cassettes and under ceiling units for shops and offices, and window units. We sell Daikin, Panasonic, Hitachi, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Haier, Gree and Sinclair. Each brand page lists its ranges and the warranty that comes with them. Daikin is sold by quote: press “Get my price” on any Daikin product and we email a written price.

Size and running cost

Prices and installation

High wall sets (indoor and outdoor unit) start at $859.99 incl. GST today, and our standard back-to-back installation starts at $550.00 in Auckland. We arrange installation within 15 km of Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Wellington, Christchurch and Invercargill. Elsewhere, buy supply only and use your own qualified installer.

Installation supplies

For installers, this section also has condensate pumps, mounting brackets and stands, pair coil, PVC drain pipe and fittings, pipe covers from Inaba and Toyo, and wall penetrations.

Delivery and payment

All prices include GST. Delivery is anywhere in New Zealand and usually takes 3 to 9 working days. Pay by card or bank transfer, use Afterpay, or spread the cost interest free with Gem Visa or Q Card.
