Price Match Policy – Terms and Conditions

  1. We match publicly advertised prices from New Zealand based retailers (online or in store). The price must be visible to any customer, for example on the retailer’s website or in their advertising.
  2. The product must be identical: same brand, same model or SKU, same colour and size, brand new, with a full New Zealand warranty.
  3. The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor at the time of your request. Pre-order, backorder and out of stock prices do not qualify.
  4. We compare the total delivered price to your address, including GST, shipping and any fees, not just the item price.
  5. The following are excluded from price matching:
    • Written quotes, tenders, or prices prepared for a specific customer or account
    • Trade, wholesale, account, staff or loyalty pricing
    • Clearance, closing down, liquidation, auction and marketplace listings (for example TradeMe, eBay, AliExpress, Temu)
    • Parallel imports and products without a New Zealand warranty
    • Bundle deals, coupon codes, first order and membership discounts
    • Obvious pricing errors on a competitor’s website
  6. To request a price match, send us the link or a copy of the advertised price. We verify every request before confirming.
  7. A confirmed price match applies to your current purchase only, cannot be combined with any other discount or coupon, and is limited to normal retail quantities.
  8. We reserve the right to decline a price match at our discretion, including where matching would mean selling below our cost.
