Daikin’s RT Series (UAYN-AFY1A) is designed and manufactured in Australia with emphasis on reliability and easy installation for commercial applications. As part of the next generation R410A series, the UAYN-AFY1A offers cutting-edge features and improved performance. With a range of seven different model capacities, ranging from 350 to 940 Class (equivalent to 37.2 to 94.9kW). With an Air Flow Range (AFR) spanning from 1950 to 5,300 liters per second (L/s). Additionally, it has an External Static Pressure (ESP) range of 210 to 400 pascals (Pa). Built-in Demand Response (DRED)
Designed to enable electricity providers to reduce peak demand, when necessary, RT Series rooftop packaged units feature built-in DRED contacts.
Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV)
For precise control of refrigerant flow, RT Series is equipped with an EEV, enabling fast & accurate response to heat load changes.
Sequential Defrost Operation
The dual outdoor heat exchangers (HX) allow each HX to enter defrost cycle separately* for improved comfort as reduced heating capacity can still be provided to the indoor environment. *Only applicable when indoor fan is set to run during defrost (default setting), if fan set to off both heat exchangers will run defrost simultaneously

The all-in-one IP44 rated electrical box allows quick and easy access to components such as power supply terminals, RT Touch Controller terminals, after-hours pushbutton contacts and DRED contacts.
