Viper Heat Blocking Gel is a thermal adsorption compound that will prevent heat damage to components during low temperature soldering or brazing. Use as a fire retardant around walls and surrounding areas when using an open flame.Used Where:Low Temperature Soldering or Brazing: Coat piping with a long and thick layer of gel to protect heatsensitive components from damage. For high temperature brazing or soldering we recommend using ourViper Heat Blocking Putty (Part # RT400P).Fire Protection: Spray coat all surrounding areas to prevent fire or damage to materials from heat oropen flame.Please review all directions below and on the label.Directions:1. Shake bottle well. Spray a thick layer of Viper Heat Blocking Gel onto components and allsurrounding areas that may come in contact with direct flame or heat transfer.2. Solder or weld. Use a low flame and flow nitrogen for added protection.3. Allow surfaces to cool or spray additional Viper Heat Blocking Gel on a heated surface to cool itfaster.
