Important: Terms and Conditions of our Special Orders Service

NZ DEPOT’s is pleased to supply you with goods on the basis of the following:

  1. Quotes & Estimates
    Our quotation/estimate is valid only if the full quantity is ordered within 30 days. This quote/estimate will supersede all previous quotes/estimates. Personal information is required (see the NZ DEPOTS privacy policy)
  2. Payment
    Payment in full is required when you place your order.
  3. Supply
    If we are unable to supply the goods, or supply is delayed, we will tell you as soon as we know and you may cancel and receive a full refund of anything you have paid for those goods. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  4. Delivery (if applicable)
    You will be charged for delivery unless otherwise specified. We will deposit your Goods at ground level on the delivery site. You must ensure we have clear and safe access for delivery. We take reasonable care during delivery. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for damage we cause, or your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please ensure there is a person present at the delivery site who is authorised by you to accept delivery. If there is not, you authorise us to deliver the Goods anyway. If our delivery contractor arrives but is unable to deliver the Goods, you may be required to pay for a re-delivery later.
  5. Collection
    If your goods are being collected, please collect them with 10 days (30 days for special order items) after we inform you that the Goods are ready for collection. If you do not do so, we will assume you have cancelled your order. Goods uncollected after that time may be resold by NZDEPOT.
  6. Cancellation & Returns
    We will try and assist you if you wish to cancel your order or return Goods unused, but we may require you to pay for the loss we will incur as a result. Custom made goods cannot be returned for a change of mind, and services already carried out are not refundable for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and an installation cancelled before it is carried out is refunded in full.

These terms apply to special orders. Where they differ from our general Terms and Conditions, these terms apply to the special order only.
